Information We Collect
We collect account details, workspace and project settings, generated drafts, AI workflow inputs and outputs, usage events, subscription status, and integration settings needed to operate the product.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, generate content, meter usage, process billing, support publishing integrations, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.
AI Processing
When you run AI workflows, your prompts, project context, drafts, and selected settings may be sent to configured AI providers. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you have the right to process it.
Publishing Integrations
If you connect external platforms, we store connection settings server-side and do not expose raw credentials to the browser. We use those credentials only to test connections and publish or update content when you instruct the service.
Payments
Payments and subscription management are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers in the application database.
Security
We use signed session cookies, server-side credential handling, encryption for integration settings, rate limits, and fail-closed job secrets. No system is perfectly secure, so you should keep account access limited to trusted team members.
Data Retention
We retain account, workspace, content, usage, billing, and publication records while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and operational purposes. You may request deletion of workspace data where applicable.
Third Parties
The service may use hosting, database, AI, payment, email, analytics, and publishing providers. Their processing is limited to what is needed to operate the service and your chosen integrations.
Your Choices
You can update workspace settings, disconnect integrations, manage subscription status through the billing portal, and request account or data changes through support.
Browser Extension — AI Social Studio Publisher Assistant
Our optional browser extension helps you transfer creator content you prepared in AI Social Studio into supported web publishing editors. The data it processes is limited to the post title, caption/body, hashtags, your selected image URL(s), and the current page URL (used only to detect a supported publishing editor page). The extension does NOT collect passwords, cookies, verification codes, payment information, private messages, or browsing history. It does not submit posts on your behalf — you review and publish manually. Supported editors include Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Zhihu, and Douyin. The extension is not affiliated with Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Zhihu, or Douyin.
Extension Data Use & Limited Use
Data handled by the extension is used only to provide its single purpose (transferring your prepared content into a publishing editor for your review). We do not sell user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except as necessary to provide this user-facing feature. Humans do not read your content unless you explicitly provide it to us for support.
