Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026. This is a practical launch template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a high-scale public launch.
1. Acceptance
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. What the Service Does
The service helps you plan, generate, review, schedule, and publish content. AI output is draft material. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, compliance, originality, claims, images, and publication settings before anything goes live.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including connected publishing integrations and invited team members.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, fake engagement, impersonation, credential harvesting, platform rule bypassing, malware, harassment, or misleading financial, legal, medical, or news claims. We may suspend access when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
5. AI and Human Review
AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is required before publication. News content should be verified with reliable sources. Finance content is for education only and is not financial advice.
6. Integrations
If you connect third-party services such as publishing platforms, webhooks, or automation tools, you authorize the service to act on your instructions. You are responsible for keeping those credentials valid and for complying with each third-party platform's terms.
7. Billing
Paid plans, trials, limits, renewals, cancellations, and taxes are handled through the billing provider shown at checkout. Usage limits may include connected sites, AI generations, credits, publications, and team seats.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide and generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, store drafts, process AI requests, and publish content when you instruct the service to do so.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party APIs, AI providers, publishing platforms, and hosting providers may fail or change behavior.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the previous three months.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
